Service Agreement
By booking a service with REVORA, you agree to these terms. All services are performed by trained technicians using quality parts.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may incur a pickup fee if the vehicle has already been collected.
Warranty
All services carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. Parts warranty depends on the manufacturer. Genuine parts carry manufacturer warranty.
Pickup & Drop Service
Free pickup and drop is available within Chennai city limits for Gold and Platinum package customers. Bronze and Silver customers can avail this at a nominal charge.
Liability
REVORA is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not covered in the service scope. All pre-existing conditions are documented before service begins.
Payment
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, UPI, and all major cards. Advance payment may be required for imported parts.
